How to create?

• First go to this LINK download that extension and install it.

• Now click new tab and click "My Chrome Theme" option.
• Next click-->START MAKING THEME
• Next --> UPLOAD IMAGE from your computer.
• Next -->ADJUST POSITION

• Next click-->Continue Step2 and change your background color.
• Next click-->Continue Step3.

• Next give a name to your Theme and click MAKE MY THEME.
